The WPHF CRM
With the view to ensure that all Pranic Healers and Arhatic Yogis worldwide have access to the different online activities organized by the World Pranic Healing Foundation (WPHF), you are strongly encouraged to register on the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
The CRM is a data management platform containing information about all the courses and online activities which the participants have attended. All you need to do is to enter your personal details, email address and upload your Pranic Healing (PH) and Arhatic Yoga (AY) certificates on the system. The CRM helps to manage participants’ information and facilitates communication with them regarding future PH and AY events.
1. Why should Pranic Healers and Arhatic Yogis register?
Some of the benefits of registering on the CRM of WPHF are given below:
- It allows you to attend online activities such as courses, study sessions, full moon meditations, AY retreats, and other AY practices organized by WPHF;
- It connects you directly to activities guided by senior disciples of GMCKS thereby minimising the risk that the teachings are distorted;
- It allows the local Foundation to properly manage the number of registered participants for different activities
- There is no need to travel long distances to do your practice specially at odd hours; and
- It makes it easier to do your practice;
All those who have not yet registered on the CRM of WPHF are encouraged to do it (i.e. Sign up) as soon as possible so that you can benefit from the activities mentioned above.
1. Sign Up on WPHF Website
1.1 Click on Sign Up
Available options:
(a) Sign Up with Google
(b) Sign Up with Facebook
(c) Sign Up by filling in “Your name”, “Email Address”, “Password”
Note:
- It is easier to Sign Up with option (a) Google or option (b) Facebook
- If you do not have a Facebook account or Google account or if you prefer to Sign Up with option (c), then follow procedure in next section.
1.2. (c) Sign Up by filling in “Your name”, “Email Address”, “Password”
1.3 Fill in name, email address and password
(Ensure that you do not forget this email address. ALL communications will be sent to this email address)
1.4 Please set your Password as per the requirements:
1.5 Click on Sign Up button
1.6 Once the Account is successfully created, you will get the following message will appear.
1.7 Then check your email to activate your account
1.8 Click on the button “Click Here”.
1.9 You will be directed to following page
1.10 Choose the correct Country code (Mauritius (+230)
1.11 Insert your mobile number
1.12 Click “Request OTP”
1.13 OTP will be automatically generated and approved.
1.14 You will be directed to the next page to create/update your profile.
2. Create / Update your profile on WPHF Website
2.1 You will be directed to the Create Profile page. There are 4 steps:
(a) Update the Basic Info
(b) Update the Foundation details you are affiliated with
(c) Update the your contact details
(d) Review & finalise your profile.
2.2 Fill in details for Basic Info
2.3 Ensure that no symbol or blank space follows Name
2.4 Click on Go Next
2.5 Fill in details for Foundation to which you are affiliated.
Select “Plaines Wilhelm – Pranic Healing Foundation Mauritius“
2.6 Click on Go Next
2.7 Fill in details for Contact Info
2.8 Click on Go Next
2.9 Your Profile will be updated as shown in the picture.
2.10 Now click of the on Participations tab
- It is adjacent to the Profile tab.
- This is where details of all the Pranic Healing courses and events that you have participated will be listed.
3. Upload details + Certificate(s) for all Pranic Healing Courses you have done
3.1 Scroll down to My Courses section
3.2 Click on Add Course
3.3 Fill in details for course properly
3.4 Click on Submit
- You will see a notification that “Course Participation added Successfully”.
- You will be prompted to Upload the certificate for the course you have added
3.5 Click on Browse to upload certificate.
NOTE: Picture of certificate must have been initially taken an uploaded on your mobile or computer in jpeg format.
3.6 Wait for the Certificate to be uploaded
- You will see a notification that “Course certificate has been successfully uploaded”
- Following page will continue to appear after certificate successfully uploaded, and will prompt you to re-upload the certificate if it was not done properly.
- The following page will continue to appear after certificate successfully uploaded, and will prompt you to re-upload the certificate.
- If you find the certificate was not properly uploaded, please click on Re-Upload button
3.7 Click outside the window on a blank space to return to My Courses window

- The course you have added will be listed below
4. How to cross check if certificate successfully uploaded
4.1 Go to “Participations” tab -> My Courses
- The course you have added will be listed below
4.2 Click on “image” icon in the middle
4.3 The Certificate will appear as follows.
4.4 If a wrong certificate has been uploaded, please re-upload it.
5. How to check if certificate is not uploaded
If a certificate has not been uploaded, the icon of a person will appear in the middle of the 3 icons, next to the course name [see middle icon for Arhatic Yoga Level 1]
5.1 Click on “upload” icon to upload certificate
